We had the worst day, and the staff, especially EVAN, turned it around for the night and the next day. They were so kind and amazing, and the customer service was top notch. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The ice machine was out, but they were happy to fill ice for us behind the counter. We’ll be back often to visit our child at MSU, and this is where we’ll stay. Don’t stay next door, trust me.

Matt handled my request right away, and the customer service was exceptional. I usually stay with another chain for business, but he’s made me reconsider. I’ll be back to Fairfield when I return to Mankato. Thanks again, Matt. I really appreciate the effort.

Matt was great, four stars for him, but this place has bed bugs! I called to speak with a manager and got Nate A, who was rude and unconcerned, and basically called me a liar. He offered no help or resolution and got defensive right away. When I asked for someone above him, he refused and gave me only Marriott’s 800 number. There was also a loud heater that woke me from sleep, and I can’t add the video. I hadn’t planned to complain about the heater because the service had been good, thanks to Matt, until I called about the bed bugs.

The people were super nice, and the place was clean, modern, and up to date. The driveway is easy to miss, but don’t let that put you off.

My dad accidentally left some sweatshirts behind, and the staff were more than happy to ship them back to him. Great service! The room was nice, though the thin curtains let parking lot light shine through. I’d definitely come back. Thank you!
