The room was renovated and clearly being kept up, with not a speck of dust. After a long day, the bed was comfortable, there was enough seating and a desk, and the TV had a good selection. The bathroom had the Dove refills you'd expect, and the shower pressure was great. Breakfast was tasty, too. The woman working the buffet made things nicely, not overcooked or dry like I've had at some other locations. I wish I'd caught her name, because she was so kind and helpful. Renovations were underway during our stay, as the booking had clearly mentioned, but the noise was minimal. The location is convenient to shops, the highway, and the community, and it feels safe. The exterior was very clean despite all the containers on site. Staff were professional, courteous, considerate, and willing to make things pleasant. This was one of my best stays at an IHG hotel. If I'm in the area again, this will be my go-to. Check out their cool new coffee machine, it was installed while we were there!

Renovations are going on, with rooms limited to the first two floors while the top floors are being done. The lobby looks nearly finished, and the fitness room is empty for now, but it looks like it will be really nice once complete. Even with the work underway, it's clean, and the completed breakfast area is well tended. The location is convenient, with easy on and off access to 99, restaurants, gas, and shopping nearby. There's a Target right behind the hotel. Don't let the renovations put you off for a night or two.

It's a quiet, very clean hotel, and the rooms are well kept. The staff were lovely, professional, and provided excellent service. A night security guard patrols the property, which gave me peace of mind about both myself and my vehicle. The location is perfect, with several fast food places and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. Love this place.

The breakfast alone would make me give this hotel five stars. There were so many options, and the freshly made food was fantastic. The woman who works in the pantry and prepares breakfast was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone. What an awesome person. The rooms were very nice and the service was incredible, too. It's an easy place to stop between the Bay Area and the national parks (Yosemite), with restaurants and fast food chains within walking distance. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years. A pretty solid place to stay.
