The grounds were a lovely place to slow down, with scenic communal spaces, a pool, and a firepit where people could gather. We stayed as a couple during our Napa honeymoon, and the vineyard view room made it feel especially romantic. The King Vineyard room is beautiful and worth choosing for a couples’ trip. Staff were warm and helpful, with thoughtful extras like arrival champagne, cookies, hot chocolate, water, and bikes. Our room was clean and well cared for, and the continental breakfast had loads of good choices. It was also easy to take relaxing walks, find fine dining, and get to wineries and tastings. We loved the whole stay.

We make this our stop every year on our wine tasting trip, and already look forward to coming back next year. It’s easy to leave the car parked and walk around Yountville. From our spacious, very clean room, we could step straight out into a vineyard. Everyone working there was so friendly, and breakfast in the morning, mimosas included, was delicious. The whole stay felt idyllic.

We’ve returned to Napa Valley Lodge three times, and the location is a big reason why. All the restaurants and tasting rooms in Yountville are an easy walk away. We were there the week before Christmas and had a great time sitting by the fire pits. The garden and pool area is gorgeous, breakfast is well stocked, and the rooms are roomy and clean. I’m fussy about hotel cleanliness, and this place has been great every time. Highly recommend it!

My vineyard-facing room was splendid, and breakfast was phenomenal. The rooms were clean, and it’s easy to explore town on foot. There are free bikes too if you feel like riding around.

We had a great honeymoon stay here. The front desk team was lovely, and I really enjoyed having hot coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate available. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the room was great. We’ll be back.
