The location works really well, right off the freeway between two intersecting highways, though the surrounding area leaves a little to be desired. Check-in and checkout are always easy, and the staff are consistently nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with a fridge but no microwave, and the blinds block light very effectively. Breakfast is nothing special: mini premade omelets, sausage, bagels or toast, yogurt and fruit. The water pressure was low this time, though it may have been a fluke since I don't remember that on earlier stays. For the value and service, 10/10, and I always enjoy staying here.

The shower had the best water pressure I've had in years, and the breakfast was a proper one, not just dry pastries. It's clean and minimal, with what you need and none of the extras. Even though it's right by the freeway, you don't hear traffic. The bed was ridiculously hard, but that seems to be a trend everywhere, so I can't really fault them. Bring your own pillows.

The room was clean, the location was great, and the front desk staff were really friendly. But why turn off the AC in the rooms before check-in? It was 91° in June, and walking into a humid room was the last thing I wanted. Please turn on the AC for guests before they arrive. I'm from Miami, and this would never happen where I live.

Jannet at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and the hotel smelled clean, though there were some stains on the bench cushion. The shower head was terrible, and the pillows didn't support me. It may be the newest hotel, but it's certainly not the best. I was charged a 50 dollar deposit at check-in, which I'd never experienced before, especially after booking months ahead with a credit card. If you book online, call to confirm because their system isn't efficient. The hotel also looks bigger in the pictures than it is, with four floors.

It's a family-oriented place, and they're flexible about my requests. They always seem so happy to see my daughter.
