Marco Beach Ocean Suites

Having a kitchen area with a stove and fridge, along with the generous room size, was a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beach is right there, with restaurants across the street. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other useful things, and there’s a gym with nice equipment. The price is hard to beat, about half of what other resorts charge. The pool is being renovated, so they may raise prices once that’s finished, but I still loved the place.

We were pleased with the roomy, very clean room and comfortable bed. Having chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for the beach was a nice extra. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk away, and the location was just right. The staff were friendly and courteous. We’d definitely come back, and I’d recommend it.

The valet service was great, and our room did seem clean, though it was dated and a bit worn. The pool and roof deck are both under renovation, which was really disappointing. There are only about 10 passes for the property next door, and you need to be at the desk by 7 to get one. We got a pass, but every chair there was already taken. With no pool, it would’ve made sense to have beach chairs available, but you have to rent them for 50$ a day or haul heavy folding chairs and an umbrella through the lobby, parking garage, past the beach bar, pricey restaurant, and private club to reach the beach. It’s pretty inconvenient. There’s no laundry service or proper beach bar service on the beach either. Save your money and stay at the Hilton.

Our 1 bedroom suite on the 11th floor was quiet inside, and we barely saw anyone. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was super comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The suite had a full kitchen and separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom areas. The shower was kind of small, but clean and functional. There was construction for the pool rebuild, but the only noise we noticed was minor, around 8:30am Monday, and sounded a bit like a leaf blower. I’d definitely stay again.
