The Boat House

Seeing dolphins, pelicans, cranes, and even a mama manatee with her calf from our own dock was a highlight. The Gazebo waterfront house made for a peaceful, special stay over New Years, and it exceeded our expectations. We loved having the private dock and deck right on the water. Glass patio doors all around the living/dining room gave us wide water views and let in lots of natural light. The house was clean, comfortable, and laid out well. It felt quiet and private, so unwinding was easy. We brought our dogs, too, and they loved the outdoor space. It was great to find a place that was truly dog-friendly. This is a lovely choice for a relaxing waterfront getaway with pets. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

The beds, sheets, and towels were all great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. You can tell a lot of care went into this charming, quaint hotel. It was very clean, with modern updates alongside its old character. There was coffee, a dining table, and an outdoor patio, too.

Melanie is usually the highlight of our stay. She’s professional, welcoming, and available whenever we need something. The Boat House has a lovely Old Florida feel, with clean rooms and a perfect location. We come to Marco at least once a month, and this is where we stay every time.

We had to check in after hours, and they made it so simple. This cute motel has modern rooms and a tasteful building, right on the water. We fished from the dock, saw manatees and dolphins, and caught some cool looking fish there, too. Walking to Snook Inn for dinner was handy since parking there was packed. I’d definitely recommend the place.
