Comfort Inn & Suites

I switched rooms, but the next one was just as dirty. The bed linen hadn't been changed, there was hair on the bed, and the pillows and cases were dirty again. When I asked for fresh linen, staff said the person assigned to that floor had gone home. I asked them to give me the linen so I could change it myself, but the supposedly clean set was dirty too. In the first room, the sheets, floor, bathroom, pillows, and pillowcases were all dirty. There was even a used washcloth on the sofa. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. This place gets an absolute zero.

The service stayed consistent, and housekeeping kept the room clean each day. I was in the city for a training program, and the quiet room gave me a good place to rest after long sessions.

The room's lighting and ventilation felt comfortable, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to rest. I was there for a short break from work, and the staff were polite.

I stayed here about a year and a half ago and thought it was an okay place then. Now it's run down and dirty. The hot breakfast is cold, so you have to put it in the microwave. I'll never come back. This place deserves minus stars.
