The check-in details came to my email on arrival day. I had a 10-hour drive and left too early to see the message, which made getting in a hassle. They could communicate better and check that guests are having a good stay. There was lots of room for families, a relaxing feel, and a cute town with everything you might need. But after we washed dishes, the pipes backed up into the tub. Instead of cleaning it, the owners left cleaning products at our door for us to deal with it. Towels were also in short supply, with too few washcloths and no kitchen towels or cloths, which was inconvenient.

Village Suite 1 was spacious and had a quaint feel. Even though it isn't their bed & breakfast, they left milk, seltzer, oj, and coffee for us. The pots, pans, and utensils were all provided and clean, and the large hot tub was clean too. Becky & Carol are very pleasant.

Carol and her staff are so charming, attentive, and delightful. I showed up a day early because I had read my reservation dates wrong, but they were able to fit us in and moved us to the Margaretville Mountian Inn. It was lovely and worked perfectly for our family of four, with two rooms next to each other. My wife and I had our own space and could relax without interruptions from our teens. The beds were super comfy, and breakfast was better than I expected. They offered us our rooms for the original arrival date, but we were so happy at the Mountain Inn that we stayed there. Thanks so much for helping us. We feel like family. See you soon.

The woodwork is beautiful in this older home. The space was comfortable, and most things looked clean. It does smell a little musty, probably because of the house's age.

The rooms gave us plenty of space, and the accommodation was lovely. We had a delightful stay at Village Suites. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, and the location is on a quiet village street.
