Fairfield Inn & Suites Marianna

The room was quiet and comfortable, but the 55-inch TV turned into a nightlight when I switched it off. Its backlight stayed on. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I didn't want to get dressed and go downstairs, so I moved some things aside and tracked down the power cord to unplug it. I told the manager the next morning. She apologized, but didn't offer a discount or anything else for the hassle.

There was trash on the floor in our first room, and we reported it to the front desk. The hotel was mostly empty, so it seemed like a good chance to make up for the problem. They moved us to room 206, but the bathroom door there wouldn't shut. The door and frame were badly worn, so it looked like maintenance had been overlooking this for a while. I suppose we could have asked to move again, but we'd already changed rooms once.

The location was great, and breakfast was good. The front desk staff on 1/28 + 1/29/26 were kind and very helpful. Thanks!

We were very happy with the king suite, especially for the price. It was spacious and clean, and all the staff were kind and helpful. For a small hotel in a small town, it has good amenities: a small gym, guest laundry, and a pool that stays warm during the day from natural sunlight. There’s also a printer and meeting room for business travelers, though we didn't use them. Walmart is an easy walk across the street, and the Florida caverns are only a 13 minute drive away, so the location is fantastic. Breakfast was decent too. Glad we chose to stay here.
