The mattress left my back really sore, and the toilet made a loud, uneven thud every time it was used. I called from the shower because the conditioner was empty, but it never arrived. They knocked on the door three times by 11:08, even though I had late checkout. The breakfast and parking were way overpriced, and the cookies they call famous tasted like fish smelling snickerdoodles. Before booking, I called that morning to confirm the heated pool, and they confirmed it 20 minutes later. I loaded up my spastic quad and wheelchair hoping for some relief in the pool, only to be rudely told it had been shut down for a year. All I wanted was for them to send me to a hotel with a heated pool. I definitely won't be back.

Brian at the front desk was so understanding and kind. My daughters, our dog, and I were on the road to Indiana because of a family emergency, and he showed real patience and compassion during a stressful time. He went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and cared for. His kindness meant a lot. The service was wonderful from the moment I walked in. I had an incredible stay, and I'm grateful. Thank you again, Brian!

Reese deserves a shoutout. She’s a 10, excellent at everything she does, and Double Tree is lucky to have her on staff. Every time I come here, I have the best experience. It’s clean and organized, there’s lots to do, and the staff are so respectful.

I didn't feel safe or respected there, and I will never stay at this location again. The general manager's behavior was the worst part. At night, she repeatedly drove toward my car to look inside, photographed my license plate, and called the police while I was sitting in the car outside my booked room. I believe she did this because I'm Black. She also sent another staff member to shine bright lights at me until I left. It felt like racial profiling and harassment, and it was completely unacceptable and traumatic. The room was dirty too: stains on the walls and sheets, unclean looking carpet and tile, and I had to ask for basics like a trash bag and fresh towels. The staff at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming whenever I dealt with them, and gave me attitude when I asked for those supplies. The whole place felt hostile and unprofessional. Hilton should be ashamed to have this management representing its brand. I urge other travelers, especially Black travelers and anyone who values respectful service, to avoid this hotel.
