My family had an online reservation at InTown Suites Extended Stay Marietta GA - Roswell Rd, but our check-in turned into an upsetting experience. The front desk employee, Teresa, explained the noise complaint policy. I told her my child is autistic because I wanted to be upfront and prevent misunderstandings. She replied, “We don’t care that your child is autistic. If someone complains about noise, you gotta go.” The tone and lack of compassion left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. We initially agreed to stay because we needed somewhere quickly. After reaching the room and thinking about the exchange, I realized I couldn't stay somewhere I felt my child's disability wouldn't be met with understanding or respect. When I went downstairs to ask about leaving, I was first told there was no refund policy, then later that a refund might be possible if we removed all our belongings. After carrying everything downstairs, I was told we'd also be put on a “Do Not Rent” list. It got even more uncomfortable when, after we decided to leave, I was told, “You guys are going to be on the street.” I understand hotels have policies, but families, especially those with disabled children, should still be treated with professionalism, empathy, and basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and changes how guests are spoken to.

This place was home until I got my own place, and I'm thankful for it and the people here during a hard time. Mrs. Tina is awesome. She cares about the residents and how Intown looks, and I love that. She acknowledged everyone, including the kids, when holidays came around. Parents in our building helped each other, too. Adidas is the man, very respectful and helpful. You guys are amazing!

The room is updated for an extended stay and feels like an apartment. I was very satisfied. I checked in just before closing, and Amari was understanding and helpful, going out of her way to make sure I felt good about spending my money. She explained everything I needed to know about the property and made me comfortable asking her about any concerns. Great customer service. The location is great and the area is quiet. I did see a few roaches, though. Amari, the front desk manager, said pest control comes every week and added my room to the list to be serviced as soon as possible. Overall, a great experience.

The little kitchen made things much easier, and the room had what I needed to feel at home. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and ready to help, so I felt welcome right away. The place was quiet and felt safe, with stores and restaurants close by. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

I loved the room from the moment I saw it. It has that at-home feel, and I liked every part of it. The staff were always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The location is close to shopping, the price was reasonable, and having laundry on site was a plus. Keep up the good work, Inn town Suites. A big round of applause 🙌 👏
