Comfort Inn & Suites Marion I-57

They’re doing some construction, but it didn’t bother our stay since work didn’t start until 10am. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the beds soft and quiet.

Breakfast was great, and the lady at the counter, I think her name was Maddie, was amazing. A mom here had kids who were kind of out of control, but Maddie did her best to accommodate everyone and even cleaned up the floor after them. She went above and beyond, one in a million.

Chloe checked us in and was so kind. She made sure we had everything, chatted with our kids, and answered our questions. We stopped halfway to our destination, and the rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast amazing, with lots of choices for everyone. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here.

The fresh eggs and biscuits were a delightful way to start my morning, along with the usual morning compliments. I heard about the complimentary breakfast after booking a room at the last minute for an event that came up. Mitchell at the front desk was energetic and helpful while checking me in. I slept well, and the location was great, right off the interstate, even though I hadn’t driven far. I’d gladly stay again if I’m in the area. Thanks, Mitchell, for your work and service.
