Comfort Suites Marion Area

My daughters were here for a school trip two weeks ago, and I wouldn't want them staying there again. The group had apparently been underbooked, so they were told there'd be five or six students in each room. Some toilets wouldn't flush, and the sheets and curtains were stained. Worst of all, there were bedbugs, and now we're trying to keep them out of our home. When they arrived, a furry critter was running through the lobby. It may have worked as a place to sleep briefly before their performance, but that's about it.

We came to town for an 1812 event and were really happy with the Comfort Inn. There was plenty of parking, the room was clean, and check-in came with pleasant service at the desk. Breakfast was included in the morning. I'd recommend it.

I brought a group here to stay, but a few rooms weren't the size we'd asked for when we received the room list. There also wasn't enough breakfast, and one of the rooms had bed bugs.

The staff were very nice, and the place was clean. Breakfast was typical for a Choice hotel, with enough hearty food and coffee, and I never saw it run out. The building does feel dated, though, and the ceiling in my room looked like it had leaked at some point. There wasn't any musty or mildew smell. I'd stay again since I sometimes work in Marion, IN.
