The check-in and front entry kiosk were fine, and it was reasonably quiet. The place is run down, the room was small, and the bathroom was pretty rough. On the second day, the satellite TV went out, and rebooting it didn’t get it back. I guess you get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting much.

The room I’d picked on the first floor wasn’t available, but since I’m physically disabled, they quickly arranged another first-floor room and upgraded me. The kiosk check-in was simple, and the place is quiet and very clean. The bed is comfortable, the AC gets nice and cold, and the pool is clean, with a chair for handicap access. Thanks to Roy for being so helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be back.

I liked the pet policy, and the price was very affordable. That’s about it. The customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced, and they don’t offer weekly rates. Their online booking system doesn’t sync with the system staff use, so they need to fix that. I’m also waiting for credit for the two nights I stayed, and there’s no cancellation button for an online booking if something comes up. The room’s telephones and charging system didn’t work, and there were tiny roaches. They charge extra for a microwave and fridge. The air conditioner and heating unit don’t work either, and the appliances need updating. They should make things more customer friendly. There’s no button for people with disabilities, and I’m waiting until 3 pm check-in for a room that fits my disability. I refused to pay another $12 to stay in the same room, and they need to take care of what they have.

It’s quiet at night, under $100, and pretty well located for things east of the airport. The woman at the front desk was friendly, too. If you’re on a budget and only need somewhere to lie down for a few hours, it’ll do. Don’t expect a modern room or amenities, and you probably won’t be disappointed. The room was well past its prime, and wasn’t much even in its prime. Think Ford Escort: it’ll probably get you where you’re going, despite a broken defroster, an engine burning as much oil as gas, squeaky brakes, and a busted cup holder. It isn’t bad for what it is, but don’t bring your lady unless you’re ready for that phase of your life to end. At least my room had no bedbugs.
