I travel ALOT, and this was the worst service I’ve encountered. The guest relations were horrible and nasty, worse than service and accommodations I’ve had at Motel 6. The “manager,” Jennifer or Jessica, I can’t remember which, had a disgusting attitude. I’ll never book here again. It’s a shame the service was this poor, and you’d think I would’ve at least been offered some accommodation.

The beds were too firm for us, and a removable mattress pad would make it easy and inexpensive to offer a softer option. The staff, though, gave us such lovely service over the past weekend that they made our stay pleasant. A shout-out to Shaquala, Lorrell, and Dawn.

My wife Donna and I were passing through on vacation, and we usually pick Hilton because we’ve had good stays with them. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We had an issue overnight with music from the hall speaker playing all night, right on the other side of the headboard in our end room. I reported it to the front desk, and when I heard nothing, she contacted customer service through the Hilton app. They apologized and compensated us. I’d stay again, just not in an end room. Breakfast was only okay, with biscuits but no gravy, a few tasteless choices, and so-so coffee, so we ate nearby instead.

E-Randy, Shelia, and Terry greeted our group so warmly and got us to our rooms quickly and easily. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable, and everyone in our group had good things to say about the rooms, staff, and breakfast. Thanks for working with us on all the details and helping me plan the stay, route, and departure. You made the visit very pleasant. I’m already looking forward to another trip and plan to stay here again. Thanks!
