I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room had a bad odor when my boyfriend and I arrived for our three-night stay. The next day, after showering, I got a rash on my legs and started throwing up nonstop. I woke up sick again the third morning, and it kept getting worse, so I stripped the bed and found mold and a mattress stained with pee. We went to the desk to ask for a refund. The woman working was very kind, offered another room, and tried hard to help, but she wasn't the head boss and could only do so much. She called her boss, Heather, who said to refund only the last night. Apparently someone had lived in that room for over a month with an animal and piles of stuff stacked high; after they left, housekeeping either didn't clean it or did a careless job. Also, checkout is at 11, so why were housekeepers knocking at 9 or 9:30 every morning? The place felt dirty and unprofessional, and it seemed like a waste of money. Credit to the good breakfast and the two or three employees who were respectful and helpful when needed.

The hallways smelled strongly of pot despite the no-smoking signs, and the whole place needs a deep clean. Our first room was filthy, with unvacuumed carpets and a toilet that was beyond dirty. The courteous desk clerk immediately moved us, but the second room was only a little better and smelled of urine and who knows what else. Breakfast was dismal: no fresh fruit, part of the coffee machine was out of order, and the yogurt selection was limited. The clientele not being fancy wasn't the issue.

We'd definitely stay again. The room was very comfortable with new mattresses, and it was quiet. The halls smelled wonderful from a diffuser, breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and yogurt, and the desk staff were accommodating enough to move us to a first-floor room.

This place badly needs a makeover. I didn't have a microwave, and all but one ice machine were broken. The room wasn't very clean, and the fridge and jacuzzi tub were both dirty; the tub also drained poorly and badly needed some new parts. There was only one TV channel.

The stay was amazing, but one housekeeper was really rude and yelled at other housekeepers. I also heard her tell other customers they couldn't get towels or toilet paper and would have to buy their own.
