The location gets 4/5 from me: Yosemite Valley is still a bit of a drive, though the little town is convenient, with food and stores nearby. Amenities felt like 5/5 compared with other motels, but more like 2.5/5 next to hotels, so somewhere in between. Breakfast was included and excellent. The room was large and comfortable, 5/5, and spotless for cleanliness, also 5/5. Check-in was easy, 5/5. I paid about 90 USD total in the off season, so price gets 5/5. Price matters when judging a stay, and for what I paid, the experience-to-price ratio was probably the best I’ve ever had at a motel.

After a day of hiking, the pool and hot tub were a welcome treat, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The town is charming and has what you need before heading to Yosemite. The rooms are clean, attractive, and well appointed, and the property looks very nice inside and out. It seems well managed, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights as a family and had a good time. There was plenty of parking, it was quiet, and the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating.

The spot is great for visiting Yosemite National Park, but the hotel didn’t feel like a three-star place to me, maybe two. The rooms are very old and not especially clean. Breakfast wasn’t good either. The only thing I could eat was the make-your-own waffle.

The front desk guy and the breakfast lady were especially friendly. I was happy with the gym room, laundry station, and Walter filling station. The hotel, rooms, bathrooms, and breakfast areas were all quite clean. Thank you, I’ll certainly visit again.
