Mariposa is a cute town, with shops and plenty of places to eat, and it’s easy to get to the valley and Mariposa Grove. We loved staying here: the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, especially outside with the hummingbirds, and they even gave us treats for our park adventures. If staying in Yosemite is out of your budget, this is a great option. I’d definitely come back.

Hélène made a tasty breakfast every morning, with fresh fruit, vegetables, and pastries, which kept us going for long hikes in Yosemite. We felt very safe and welcome here, and the town has enough food, convenience options, and gas that the park’s remote setting wasn’t a problem for us. Mariposa is just over an hour from the entrances, so it gave us access to both sides of the park. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a full bathroom, toiletries, and a small fridge. Having parking right by each room was convenient. Yosemite Plaisance was a perfect place for our vacation, and I’d strongly recommend it.

Our first Yosemite trip went wonderfully, and our stay at Yosemite Pliance was comfortable and well appointed. The food was excellent, and our hosts knew a lot about the park and local activities. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Yosemite.

A quiet place to sleep, with fresh breakfast made every day. It has that neighborhood mom-and-pop feel and is a short walk from the main street shops, eateries, and gas. There’s no TV, but Wi-Fi is available, so it’s a good spot to unplug.

We had a lovely time at this little place. The people were so kind, and breakfast was great. It’s close to the town’s restaurants and about 40 minutes from Yosemite. 😇
