Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport

We live an hour from GRR and had a very early flight, so we stayed one night using the Park and Fly arrangement. Winter weather can throw travel plans off, so that was helpful. The rooms were large and lovely, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Mario deserves special thanks for arranging our Uber shuttle smoothly in both directions. We prefer Uber to a shuttle, it's so much easier. We'll do this again for another crazy 6am flight. We left too early for breakfast, but were glad it was offered.

The housekeeping team kept our room spotless during our four-week stay, and they were always polite, efficient, and attentive. At reception, Mario, Lynn and Harrison were consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The Residence Inn was clean and comfortable throughout, which made it a great fit for a long visit. We appreciate everyone's efforts and would definitely choose it again.

We used the park/sleep/fly option at this Marriott for our vacation, then needed a room for the night we got back to Grand Rapids. Manager Mario was incredibly helpful. He was cheerful and friendly, and clearly cared about getting us settled. The hotel is nice, but Mario was the standout.

We arrived late and came down for breakfast ten minutes after it had closed. The staff opened it back up for us without us even asking, and let us get food and coffee. Everyone was great, from the front desk to the breakfast team. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and friendly. We'll definitely stay again.
