We’ve stayed at Rippling three times for ski trips to Marquette Mtn, and it’s been consistently clean, handy, and reasonably priced. The luxury cabins feel comfortable and have a great atmosphere. Everyone on staff has been friendly, and Logan really went the extra mile when our truck got stuck in the snow. If you’re skiing at MM, Rippling River is worth considering.

We rented a luxury cabin for a long weekend and it had everything we needed. The campground is about a 10-minute drive from town, which worked well for us. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we loved our stay. We hope to come back, and would recommend the campground.

We spent time by the rushing Carp River, with a fire going and live music outside. There’s also a fantastic bar serving wood-fired pizza, plus great hiking and biking. The landscapes are beautiful, with a lovely view of Marquette Mountain. The campground was very clean and the staff friendly. Best campground ever.

The campground has a lot of choices, from rustic tent sites to luxury cabins, and it’s only minutes from Marquette. We found the facilities we used spotless, and the staff were very friendly. The clubhouse has a big bar and makes great pizza. Everything is cashless and works smoothly, including ordering firewood or ice by scanning a QR code. Looking forward to returning next year.

A great base for Marquette and the surrounding cities, especially if you’re here for mountain biking trails. The grounds are well kept, and there’s an onsite bar with a small menu. You can sit by the river and enjoy the view and sound, with a few chairs actually set in the water. Our issue was campsite #25. The map made it look like a roomy, pie-shaped site with space to sit outside our rig, but a fenced-off drop made it much narrower in person. We didn’t feel unsafe, though we don’t have small kids or dogs. I wish the website had photos of individual sites instead of one shared photo. Other spots would have suited our 32-foot 5th wheel better, but this is still a good location.
