DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Cranberry

The wedding and rehearsal were made easy and stress free by the banquet staff, especially Phillip. They took care of everything, the food was delicious and portions were right, and reader boards directed guests to the event areas. Lobby bar staff were patient and kind with our unusual requests. The service was outstanding, and the team should be proud of how smoothly they handled such a big, important occasion. We stayed two nights at the hotel, where everything was clean, updated, safe, comfortable, and well staffed. All the amenities worked and were maintained. The kids loved the pool and sauna, and got a kick out of the glass elevators facing the lobby. The high-end pool towels were a nice touch too.

Crystal did a great job tending the bar on Sunday, even though she usually works mornings in the restaurant. She handled everything like a pro and wasn’t upset at all, despite all of us being there because of the weather and a stay-in order. Five of us had been put up at the hotel by our company, and everyone there was great. We think Crystal represents the face of Double Tree Hotel in Mars ,PA and deserves recognition. Great job, Crystal.

The bartender on 1/8/26 was excellent and really personable. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were huge and very clean, and our silver member waters were waiting in the room, which I love. It’s the first Hilton I’ve stayed at in years to do that. Great location and a 10/10 experience.

The restaurant is wonderful, and you can’t beat the chocolate chip cookies. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, clean, and stocked with plenty of towels. Check-out was easy, parking was spacious, and the hotel is easy to reach. The welcoming lobby and warm greeting on arrival are always nice. It’s a beautiful DoubleTree, and I’d ask for Melissa.
