Quality Inn

The breakfast bar was nice, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms looked old, though, and the linen needs upgrading because it seemed dingy. I slept on top of the blanket with my own cover. There was no elevator. We were only there one night.

The walls were so thin I could easily hear people a floor away. The room was disgusting: stains all over the floors, mold growing on the window, and a mini fridge stuck off because it was broken. When I first pulled back the bedsheets, there was a large brown stain that I believe was feces (see photo). The hotel overall is very unkept. I would not recommend ever staying here. Spend the extra $20-$50 and choose another hotel in the area.

We left at 11pm, waking our young children, because there were BUGS in our room and we weren’t willing to risk getting them in our belongings or bringing them home. We’d gone there to celebrate my 40th bday, and the terrible experience ruined it. The pool was OK. The next day, I tried to talk with management about getting a refund since we hadn’t even stayed the night, but they argued with me, were rude, and said I was wrong. I would give zero stars if I could. Definitely DO NOT recommend staying here.

The lobby and pool area were really nice, and the staff were pleasant. Rooms are decent for the price, though not the best, not the worst, and the beds are small. It’s kid and pet friendly. They’re strict about kids needing adults in the pool, which was kind of nice since there weren’t a bunch of unattended kids going wild. Breakfast was okay, better than nothing, but there was no cheese or hot sauce for the eggs. The coffee was good. I couldn’t tell if the fitness center was open because my key card wouldn’t work.
