Quality Inn Marshfield

The woman at the desk was wonderful and friendly, and across three rooms in two weeks I felt comfortable and secure. The price was great, and the location was easy to get to while I was helping my SIL during her hospital stay. Rooms were roomy, the beds and pillows were great, and the heater wasn't too loud. They could've cleaned better behind the bathroom doors, and the exhaust fan wasn't working properly, though it was fine. I wasn't keen on the complimentary breakfast, but it beat some others I've had. They had flavored creamer instead of half and half. The coffee was very good, and so was the toast.

The pool was warm and refreshing even in winter, and there were plenty of towels. I slept really well in the soft, cozy bed. Rooms had the amenities we needed, including a hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, and wall pumps with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast had fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, a nice coffee maker, and a good seating area. There was also an office space with a printer. We came to Marshfield, Wisconsin, over Christmas to see family and had a great time. Booking online was easy, though we made separate reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. When we returned from our Christmas Day visit, we were locked out because of the separate bookings. Deish fixed it right away and re-did our cards. The place was nicely decorated, with an inviting lobby and hallways. The staff were exceptional, and Deish was wonderful. We've always been taken care of here. Deish said they planned to remodel, but this is still our place to stay in Marshfield.

The hot breakfast was excellent, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were very accommodating, and the rooms were large, clean, and recently updated. Thanks, I'll stay again when passing through on business. My room was icy cold when I arrived and took hours to warm up. The door was off-center, too, and I had to struggle to get it shut completely. It needs repair.

The front desk guy was friendly and helpful every time I spoke with him, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the price was great. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was really good. It was a pretty good stay, and even with the small stuff, I'd come back.
