The staff were all helpful, and breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The pool area was perfect for the kids. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town!

The complimentary breakfast was simple but amazing, with four different hot dishes in those dome trays. We didn’t have time to try the open pool area or arcade. The attached bar and grill was full at supper, and we didn’t want to wait. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and fun. The rooms were clean, and there were multiple key-card entrances, though the stairs were a little confusing. I heard from other guests that extended stays are available. It’s in a great location. The shower floor squeaked, which didn’t bother me, though I’m not sure if other guests could hear it. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

The rooms are spacious. On the first night I shared a room with my father. It was clean but had a slightly odd smell, and the pillows were thin and lumpy. When I came back the next night and rented another room, it was filthy. The hallway carpets were filthy too, with piles of hard dirt in places. I reported it at the front desk. The attendant said it was their last room and offered a refund, but didn’t offer to have it cleaned again so I could stay. I went to a nearby hotel instead and paid a lower rate for a nice, clean room.

I paid $140 for the king suite, and it wasn’t worth the money. The bathtub jets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When we turned them on, the water started turning yellow and brown. There were what looked like chewed fingernails on the floor by the bed, unidentified stains on the couch, and the hair dryer broke within a minute of me using it. At the pool, stuff was floating in the hot tub after the jets stopped. I was a lifeguard for four years and swam through junior high and senior high, and the water looked unusually murky and off-colored.
