Both times we’ve stayed here this year have been great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole staff was wonderful. Special mention to the morning team on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 6 a.m. The woman preparing breakfast clearly takes pride in her work, and the front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. Our earlier stay was January 23, 2025. There’s plenty to do nearby, with lots of shops and good places to eat within walking distance. Golden Asian Buffet is close by and very good if you like buffets. It’s also a handy halfway stop between upstate New York and southern North Carolina.

Michelle Jenkins made a difficult trip much easier for us. We were in town to pick up my elderly parents after they’d been in an accident, and she did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and worry-free. Hotel management could learn a lot from her. Thank you so much!

I liked everything here. The room felt almost like home, and everything seemed fresh and new. The bathroom was clean and well kept, and I had a great few days at the hotel. It’s cozy and comfortable for such a good price. There’s a laundry room downstairs, plus a gym and pool. I didn’t have time to use the pool. This is one of the few hotels lately that has really surprised me in a good way. Thanks, and keep up the great work! Highly recommended 👍🏽

On 1/28/26 we had a small problem with our room. Michelle, the night clerk, took great care of us and moved us to another one. I work in public service, and I really appreciated the kind of service she gave us. She’s someone I’d hire. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again.

The sunrise view from our room was lovely, and everyone was happy with the beds, one soft and one firm. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Getting to I-81 was convenient.
