Service was decent, and the location worked well for my business trip. I wasn’t too bothered by the uninspiring food options nearby, since that’s not always under the hotel’s control. What did bother me was being charged for a toothbrush and toothpaste. I’ve stayed everywhere from budget motels and hostels to luxury hotels, and complimentary dental kits have always been standard in my experience. It left a sour taste. The stay was okay, but that small charge for basic toiletries was a letdown.

We arrived to find our room absolutely freezing, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were professional, I suppose, but far from friendly. I was especially disappointed with our Valentine’s Day stay. I booked through Booking.com, where the reservation said breakfast was included. At the restaurant, they said they couldn’t see anything, though they hadn’t even looked.

The place was quiet and nice, even with the connecting room. Staff were friendly, and the power outlets take USB B and C chargers. The website says it’s pet friendly, but it isn’t. Service animals are accepted, of course.

This was my second stay, and both times I couldn’t get breakfast because only one person was working. That person was very rude when explaining it. There’s nothing nearby except a noisy freeway right outside my room.

The room’s molding was held together with black tape, which looked awful. When I asked about maid service, the front desk employee took offense and snapped, “We offer HOUSEKEEPING services.” At check-in I was told there was a new $10 per day parking charge for their own open, free lot in the suburbs. Crazy. We used to stay here twice a year, but never again.
