Disha and Prath at the front desk made us feel welcome and were always ready to answer questions. AK at the Burger Bar was especially friendly and gave great service, and Manager Patrick kept everything running smoothly. The whole team's care made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'd happily recommend this hotel for its staff and hospitality.

The breakfast was delicious, and the service was top notch. My only question is why there’s no microwave or refrigerator. I didn’t have leftovers because the food was so good, but if I had, there’d be nowhere to keep them. The hotel itself was very nice.

The room was clean, spacious, and recently remodeled, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I stay at Hiltons around 200 nights a year, so I’m used to spotting an older Doubletree from its reviews. This one had a 3.6 rating, but I booked anyway and couldn’t understand the low score when I saw the hotel. Then I went to put my drinks in the fridge and realized there wasn’t one in the room. That was disappointing. I’m still giving it five stars to help bring the rating up, and it’s well deserved.

Disha made the front desk feel welcoming and easy. She listens closely, understands what you need, and sorts things out with patience and kindness. She remembers the little things, like your name, room, and preferences, because she cares. There’s no attitude or sense of being rushed, just someone present and professional who makes your day easier. She manages to be both efficient and genuinely warm. You leave feeling seen, safe, and looked after. I wish every hotel had someone like her at the desk. I have nothing to criticize, only admiration and gratitude. Disha, you’re doing more than your job, and it shows. Stay legendary 🧿
