Lyons Inn

The staff have been pleasant and helpful, and I haven’t had any noise issues. I’ve stayed a couple of times now without running into any problems.

In room 106 the toilet was loose from the floor and ran all night. In 104, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the heater kept running until I unplugged it and reset it.

It was very quiet, but the shower was filthy, wouldn’t work, and wouldn’t drain. The room was poor for such a high price. It was advertised at $61.00, but after all the fees it came to nearly $90.

My family and I booked a room while visiting lyons. My husband lay down and got bitten by bedbugs about 10 minutes later. We found a lot of them in the corner of the bed and on the bottom of the mattress. In response to the owner's comment that we “stayed,” we weren’t there for even a full day, just a couple of hours. We got the keys, left our things, showered, and went to a party. When we came back late and lay down, we found the bugs. We got up right away and contacted you, then went to another hotel around 12 at night. The bedbugs were already there. The owner reacted angrily, as if it were our fault.
