Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Louis Airport by IHG

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one always gives me a great experience. The staff are kind and easy to deal with, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I carry my Fire Stick around, and it connects here every time. At some hotels the network sign-in popup won't work, so that and the customer service matter a lot to me. Five stars.

We came back for a second stay, and both visits were better than we expected. During this five-day trip the rooms were clean and smelled fresh, not stale. Breakfast was enjoyable every day, and the biscuits were fresh instead of dried out like at some other Holiday Inns we've stayed at. I'd happily return if I travel to St. Louis again.

I usually pick IHG hotels for personal travel because of the reliable properties and good customer service. This summer, Jaimin and his team went above and beyond at this Holiday Inn Express. The airport shuttle was very helpful, too. Jaimin emailed the day before we were due to arrive to ask about our plans. I said we'd get there around 11 a.m. and hoped to leave our bags at the front desk so we could explore before check-in. Instead, he arranged to have a room ready for us at 11, so we could freshen up before going out. It was a wonderful stay.

The room was nice and clean overall, and the staff were fantastic. Still, the AC was off when we arrived and never really cooled the room, cycling on and off the whole time. I had an early flight and wanted to sleep early, but the blackout blinds wouldn't close all the way. They charge for parking, yet will pay an employee to drive a new van to pick you up and drop you off the next morning for free?
