Noise was a huge problem. From 8 PM until midnight, around 10-15 kids ran through the lobby, yelling and playing hide-and-seek at full volume. Staff watched and did nothing. My room wasn't clean either. The bathroom smelled like mildew and old damp towels, there was mildew in several spots, and shower caulk was peeling off. I found two shampoos but no conditioner; when I asked, staff said, “That's all we have.” The staff were rude from the moment I arrived, rolling their eyes and acting like basic questions were a burden. My reservation said breakfast was included, but when I asked, I was snapped at and told it wasn't free, with no apology or explanation. I also asked for late checkout, since the hotel seemed to have plenty of availability, and was immediately refused with an excuse about needing more time to clean rooms. Given the state of my room, that was hard to take seriously. Between the noise, dirty room, rude treatment, and the breakfast claim, this was one of my worst hotel stays. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed to have this location under its name. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The gym was clean and roomy, with plenty of cardio equipment and free weights up to 50 lb dumbbells. My room was spacious and clean, and the whole hotel had a newer, modern feel. The location right off 170 was convenient.

Having a sports bar downstairs was a nice perk, and convenient in a way some of the hotels I use on trips aren't. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. I really liked staying here.

We were in the area because a family member was in the hospital, and the staff were flexible and accommodating throughout our stay. Janet from housekeeping was especially fantastic, always cheerful and helpful. Whenever we needed something, she came right away and made sure we were taken care of. The front desk team was kind and helpful too. The location felt very safe and was handy for shopping, hospitals, the airport, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The bar was fun, and the location worked for what I needed. I stayed four nights, though, and they never cleaned the room or offered fresh towels.
