The lobby wasn't especially inviting, but the desk employee was polite and checked us in right away. We were pleased with our three-night stay: the hotel was quiet, and our room was clean and spacious at a very decent rate. There are also good places to eat and shop within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again.

I left the next morning and moved straight to another hotel. I had been there for four nights, but couldn't sleep well in a bed that didn't feel clean. The room was awful and so dated it felt like a place from a bad movie, nowhere near what I'd expect in 2026. I picked this location for the Expo. At the desk, the employee seemed annoyed, as if I'd interrupted dinner. On my way out I saw a woman collapsed in the elevator and tried to get help. Her room companion didn't seem concerned, and neither did the reception desk. It left me feeling unsafe.

More than two months after my stay, I'm still dealing with my concerns being brushed aside. I raised issues to staff several times and tried to contact management directly. I was told my messages had been received and discussed, but nobody ever replied. I followed up respectfully and was disregarded, while ongoing disturbances went unaddressed. The smell was overwhelming and repulsive, like a dog kennel. I had to hold my breath just to get inside, and dogs barked throughout the hallways. It felt more like a dog shelter than a hotel. The experience was dismissive, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect basic cleanliness, communication, or customer care. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect, and I would not book with this company again if I had a choice. Completely dissatisfied with everything and everyone connected with this place.

The photos on booking will fool you. This was the worst extended stay I've ever had, dirty enough to feel like a homeless shelter. It smelled of Marijuana, the stairwell was filthy, and dogs were all over the place. The sleeper sofa mattress was disgusting, ripped, and in terrible shape. The dressers and bathroom sink were nasty, the sink kept dripping, and the stove was dirty. I won't even get into the microwave. In the morning, customer service was sitting at the desk with a hood on. The only bright spot was the young woman working in the evening. I'll be contacting corporate. I wouldn't let my animals, or my worst enemy, live or stay there.
