Comfort Suites Marysville Columbus - Northwest

I liked having a separate living room area, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was filling and tasty with plenty to choose from. The hotel was quiet but within walking distance of anything you might need. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the price was competitive. Megan checked us in and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We really like this hotel, but the pool room has never been usable when we've stayed. We've visited a few times in winter over the last two years, and it's been freezing each time. This visit, the outside doors were propped open in 18F weather. They need to fix the dehumidifier or whatever's wrong with the room, or stop advertising it as an amenity. I feel we should've received a credit or something since not all amenities were available.

The staff made our three-night stay feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. Robert, Megan, and Michelle at reception were friendly and helped with anything we needed, including suggestions for places to visit and eat. Sam and Sylvester in the breakfast area were just as warm and helpful. They were engaged and seemed to genuinely want to serve us. I've never had breakfast staff be so accommodating. Our two-queen suite with a sofa bed gave the five of us plenty of space. It was clean, looked updated, and the hotel itself is newer. The area felt very nice and safe. Breakfast had cereals, breads, muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, and more. We ate there on three different mornings, and nothing seemed to run out. They kept on top of it. I'd read lots of reviews before choosing Comfort Suites Marysville, and we weren't disappointed.

The cozy, festive lobby decor, fresh baked cookies, and comfy rooms helped this travel-weary guest feel right at home. Michelle at the front desk was especially friendly. Kudos to her and the staff for their dedication to customer service. This is by far one of the friendliest places I've stayed.
