I'm a regular here, but on this visit, which was my third, I stayed from Thursday through Sunday with my 11-year-old son. The three days cost $570. About a day and a half in, I asked for more towels and was told I could only get them every two days. I understand some policies, but I don't use the same towel twice at home. At nearly $600, I shouldn't have to reuse towels for several days, and I wish the hotel had gone out of its way to provide more when I asked.

We had a little time to enjoy the indoor pool, too. The rooms were big, parking was plentiful, and breakfast was great. We stayed while visiting family, and the hotel was about 85% full on a Wednesday night, with lots of business professionals there.

There was no heat, air conditioning, or hot water. They brought only a small heater to our room. We were on a prepaid bus tour and received no compensation. Corporate didn't return our call, and nobody even apologized. The attitude felt like, “It is what it is.”

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was very clean. I stayed one night on a quick business trip and can't wait to come back when I'm in town again.

The room itself was nice, but we had no hot water during our one-night stay. At checkout the next morning, we were told the problem had been going on since Saturday, even though it was Wednesday. Next time I’ll check that there’s hot water before we check in.
