The recreation room kept us busy, and the pool was clean and usually quiet. We also had fun with mini golf and tennis, with the gear available in the rec room. There’s free coffee at the office, plus snacks, merch, and postcards for sale. We’ve stayed here three times with family, and each visit has been great. The houses are comfortable and well kept, the amenities are in good shape, and the staff are really friendly. The estates are about five minutes from a great beach, and there’s a little trail behind the back row of houses. We’d often see flocks of wild turkeys wandering through the woods and grounds. Always worth a stay, especially in the off season.

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and we spotted turkeys wandering around. We stayed in unit 31, which was clean and spacious. The kitchen was spotless and had what we needed to cook, and the master bathroom had a great jacuzzi tub and shower. We were able to check in a few hours early. The cottage’s amenity bags had everything we needed, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. After a couple of snowy days, someone came by each morning to shovel the deck. Check-out instructions were clear. It’s a cute getaway, and we’d definitely return.

The staff make a real effort to make your trip go well, and the maintenance guy was especially helpful. I’m hopeful the place stays the same under the new management coming in, and I’m already looking forward to another visit. We managed to fit in our fourth stay this year. The cabins are family friendly, well kept, and ready to move into. There’s a large, quiet, clean pool and a double tennis court with equipment for tennis, pickleball, and badminton. They also have gear for bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, horseshoes, croquet, and golf. The clubhouse has plenty of places to sit, ping-pong, puzzles, a TV and DVD player, a treadmill, an elliptical, and a fireplace for winter.

We had plenty of privacy, and the grounds had wild turkeys to watch. The location was convenient for getting to different points of interest while still being really quiet. Our flight was late, but the staff stayed past closing so we could check in. They were incredible. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed in the kitchen. We’d definitely recommend it and come back.

We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. It’s the kind of quiet, lovely place we’d come back to with family and friends. The clubhouse and pool area were clean, the grounds were tidy, and our cabin was pristine. They clearly explain the cleaning procedures, so make sure to follow them. We had a really nice stay at the Cape Cod Holiday Estates.
