Friendly staff, clean rooms, and hot water. The hotel is good value and close to downtown and Clear Lake, though you’ll need a car since there aren’t any crosswalks. Breakfast is simple, clean, and has options. I was disappointed that there were fewer choices than the last time I stayed.

We spent Christmas night here, and it felt like home. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and breakfast was so good. I’d highly recommend it.
10/10
The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the hotel is quiet. The staff were great, and I loved the waffles at breakfast. There’s also a nice little outdoor smoking area to relax in. The bathtub is huge, but the bottom gets like an ice rink when it’s wet and soapy. Some non-slip material there would help.

We originally booked one night for a family surgery, then bad weather meant we added another so we could come to town sooner. The rooms were great, the beds comfy, and there were outlets all over, which was handy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast and service were great. When the weather stayed bad, the staff understood and let us book another night in a different room in case we couldn’t leave. Once the weather cleared, they let us cancel that night without any trouble.

The location was convenient, close to shopping and places to eat, and our room was nice and comfortable. I’d stay here again.
