Jasmine at the front desk made my first visit feel positive from the start. She welcomed me warmly, explained things clearly, and patiently answered my questions. I felt respected and at ease, never rushed or like I was a bother. Even while handling several responsibilities, she came across as confident and upbeat, and it was clear she cares about her work and the guests she helps. That made a big difference to my first impression and set a good tone for the stay. Jasmine represents the hotel well and goes beyond what’s expected. Management should be proud to have her, and she deserves recognition for her hard work, maybe even a raise. I’ll remember the kindness and return because of service like hers. Thank you, Jasmine.

A heads-up for families wanting a quiet room: ask for one away from the outdoor fire pit. People there were noisy well past quiet hours, even after staff asked them to settle down. I mentioned it to Laurie at the front desk the next morning, and she handled it exceptionally well and resolved things to our satisfaction. We stayed after a long day at King’s Island. The property was clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a good layout.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both times the staff were rude. The hotel is loud, especially around the party area, and the noise carries into the early morning. On this visit, I asked for a room on the highest floor because there seemed to be a lot of groups with young kids, but was told the hotel was full. My window faced the fire pit, where people were partying. Around midnight I called to ask whether quiet hours applied outside too, and the front desk worker said yes. She then went outside and mocked me for asking them to quiet down. The partygoers were her friends, so I didn’t feel safe with her working there. The noise kept up, so I called again at 1:15 a.m. and reminded her that she’d said quiet hours started at 10 p.m. She said I was being aggressive and told me not to call again. Around 2 a.m. we were still awake. We tried the front desk for half an hour, but the phone just rang. Looking out, I saw the worker sitting with the loud group. They didn’t go inside until about 4 a.m., so I got no sleep before having to be up for work at 8. Unless you’re fine with a sleepless night, find another hotel. There are plenty in the area with better service and prices.

The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is near the interstate. I stayed three nights in a bedroom with a kitchen. It’s a fairly new place in a quiet area, literally across the street from Kings Island, with a fantastic location. Front desk, bar, and breakfast staff were excellent. There’s free breakfast, a fitness center, a pool, and plenty of free parking.

The full kitchen in our pretty room was a real plus. Being able to buy groceries and cook helped save money, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly, and the hotel feels very new and is close to Kings Island. My one concern is the bathroom: water splashes under the shower wall, and it already seems to be causing damage. The bathroom looks nice otherwise, but they need to sort out that shower design.
