Hampton Inn Maumelle

Breakfast was delicious on both days, with plenty of hot and cold choices. We had our pups with us, and the renovation work didn't affect our stay aside from the reduced parking. Our room hadn't been redone yet, but it was serviceable. The remodel crew was courteous, and the staff kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout. Thanks to Darryl for the kind service and support!

I was in AR for business and had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn. Breakfast was spot on every morning, with a nice range of items. Everyone on staff was friendly, and special thanks to Mr. Darryl for going above and beyond with all the hotel renovations. I highly recommend the place and will come back.

I was hesitant after seeing some bad reviews, but the stay turned out very pleasant. The hotel was quiet, my room was spacious and clean, and the front desk workers were friendly and professional. They're finishing renovations, so there was some leftover construction debris in the elevator. It didn't bother me at all, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We reserved three rooms for one night after seeing the Google Maps pictures, expecting something managed to Hilton standards. It wasn't worth the price, and the service was poor. I have traveled to 11 countries and stayed in some hundred hotels, so I feel it's my responsibility to warn fellow travelers not to fall for the pictures. We checked in on the evening of the weekend, March 20. The small fridge wouldn't turn on, so I called reception. The receptionist said they'd see what they could do, but nobody helped or called back. Around 7:15 the next morning, I called for an iron stand and got the same answer. At 8:30, as we were leaving for breakfast and checkout, a man finally brought one, too late to be useful. The staff moved as slowly as snails.
