Chef Ed made our visits feel especially personal. On our first stay, he brought donuts to our two-year-old daughter at breakfast and spent a little time chatting with me. When we came back for the second and third visits, he remembered her and was just as kind. We stayed at this hotel three times in January, and the staff were welcoming and genuinely accommodating each time. Our family was going through a very difficult, emotional period, so their compassion meant a lot. We won’t be back because of the circumstances that brought us to town, but we’re grateful for how warmly we were treated.

After a long trip, Juan made sure we were comfortable and looked after. Everyone was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was superb, and we had a great experience at this hotel.

The rooms have plenty of space and the features you need, and the hotel is right off the highway in a central spot. The staff are friendly and professional, and after a couple of visits they start to know you by name. I’ve stayed here many times and will keep coming back when I’m in the area. Booking with Juan, checking in with Ronel, and having breakfast with Chef Ed all make it a stay I’m glad I chose.

The room was tiny and the carpet was so dirty. It also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, enough to make my nostrils burn, and it didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned. The tub and shower looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the toilet handle was hard to flush. There were kids who needed sleep with me, and guests right above us kept stomping around like elephants for hours, still going after 11 p.m. For the price, the small room might have been manageable on its own, but the rest made this a bad stay. Don’t stay here if you need the kids to sleep.

The room was cozy and clean, and the stay was peaceful. Juan greeted me by name whenever I came through the lobby, and even remembered it at breakfast the next day. His warm welcome at check-in helped make the whole visit feel personal and enjoyable. I’d recommend staying here and plan to come back. They also offer discounts for clinic patients.
