The hotel's in a great location, and you can walk to the food trucks down the street, where they treat you like a king. The building looks beautiful from the outside, and the rooms are a good size, but the restroom is so cramped that even I had trouble getting in and shutting the door. It doesn't lock, either. My window looked right at a dumpster. Service was lacking. The person at the desk didn't know what was going on, couldn't give me directions, and knew very little about the hotel. Don't expect room service for food. You have to go to the restaurant, wait, and then the food finally arrives lukewarm. I'd give the food a 6 out of 10 at best. The sodas taste awful, so don't order one.

We spent three nights here in January and had a good stay. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the third floor was quiet. We didn't hear other guests or any partying. The shower was good, and the free garage parking was handy. The hotel's in a great location, within walking distance of several good coffee shops and restaurants, and the trees around it are gorgeous. Our balcony overlooked the pool. Oddly, it was the only one that shared an undivided space with the room next door, though that wasn't a problem for us. Check on that if a private balcony matters to you. We requested housekeeping one day, but it never came, though it wasn't a big deal. Other reviews had me expecting the room to be crusty, but it wasn't. Overall, a clean, quiet, convenient hotel at a very affordable price.

My room was gorgeous and had the unique feel I was looking for. I'd ask for a courtyard view with a balcony. There's also space to relax at the front of the hotel, with a tropical, Zen kind of feel. The pool fountain and outdoor lighting create a whole vibe. Absolutely beautiful place.

I've stayed at plenty of Wyndham, Hilton, and Marriott properties, and this was the finest Wyndham I've experienced. I'm a Diamond member and usually stay one or two nights, but I was here for eight, which gave me time to get to know the place and its staff. Friendly, genuine service is my top priority, and everyone I met, at least a dozen people across housekeeping, the front desk, restaurant, and bar, was attentive and welcoming. Every interaction was encouraging and professional. That kind of consistency is rare in my experience, and says a lot about the culture General Manager Melissa has built with her A-plus team. A small moment by the outdoor pool captured it well. I was grilling steaks one evening when someone from Maintenance came over, checked that the nearby grill was clean and working, and warmly told me to let them know if I needed anything. The sincerity behind it matched the service I got throughout the stay. Special recognition to Estephanie, Erik, and Front Desk Manager Iris. Iris and I had a lovely chat about the property's history going back to 1918, which gave the place a real sense of history. At the restaurant and bar, Marisol, Eric, and the lead bartender were great. I especially enjoyed the big screen for the Super Bowl and the food and drink specials. Sales Manager Stephen also deserves credit for promoting events and keeping the social media presence lively. Events Manager Cynthia and Stephen helped create a festive feel with the Super Bowl, Taco Tuesday, and Valentine's promotions. Taco Tuesday even had live lounge music, which was fantastic. Housekeeping kept my room fresh and stocked through the stay, and the Maintenance team clearly takes pride in looking after the property and guests. I spent time at the beautifully landscaped pool every day. At 85 degrees in February, it was hard to resist, and I could see how carefully it was maintained. My room was comfortable, with streaming TV, good bedding and pillows, and AC that worked perfectly. Rooms either overlook the pool courtyard or have windows that open for fresh air, a feature I particularly liked. Amenities include a gym with free weights and treadmills, a business center, valet laundry service, and two outdoor propane grills. I didn't confirm whether guest laundry is available. Parking is complimentary in a three-level structure with covered and open spaces and direct hotel access. The location is walkable to several local clubs, and there's a food truck area and public park across the street that hosts weekend events. Melissa and her team greeted me by name and made me feel welcome and valued. I'll very much look forward to coming back.
