The bed was extremely hard, and the extra blankets and pillows I asked for when booking weren't in the room at check-in. The pool was the main reason I booked, so I called ahead to ask if the indoor water would be warm enough and was told it would be. Once we arrived, though, it was very cold and uncomfortable to use, and the water smelled really bad. We left only two hours after checking in. I was very disappointed and hope management contacts me about this experience.

It’s a nice, clean hotel, and the location is great, right across from La plaza Mall. There’s also a bar and a mini-store on site.

Mrs. Alma in the kitchen was so kind and attentive. She treated us warmly and made us feel at home.

I've stayed here many times, in regular rooms and suites. The rooms are very nice, but the TVs could use an upgrade. You can't use streaming services like Netflix or Disney, or screen mirror.

The smell was a little weird, and it wasn't the best place, but it was decent enough. I just needed somewhere to sleep, and it did the job.
