The Hyundae Hotel

The check-in staff member was amazingly friendly and helpful, a solid five stars for her. The room was a letdown, though. The bathroom ceiling was unfinished, the tub was dirty and clogged, and the kitchenette stove was dirty. I'm really glad we brought our own bedding because the sheets were dirty, with strange blue circular stains. The wifi didn't work on any of their networks. The manager stopped my daughters in the lobby and asked which room they were in. They were reluctant to talk to a stranger. After heckling them for a bit, he said he was the manager. He was wearing what looked like a matching tracksuit, not professionally dressed. I'm sad we booked this place for the weekend, but we'll make it work. TL;DR, I don't recommend this establishment of business.

I got a great deal for what was included and checked into my room on time without any trouble. I expected to use the pools and maybe have a little BBQ, but found a quaint place with friendly service instead. The free BBQ pits and mineral water were the real highlights. My friends and I felt pampered despite the great price.

The trip was perfect, from the place and service to Ella, the BEST manager. The people who run the hotel each day are what make it special. We've stayed twice with a very special group of people, and they loved trying mineral spring water swimming for the first time. We thought it was very good value for the money, too. Some building elements and furnishings are nearing the end of their life and need renewal to maintain the standard. I highly recommend it.

The pool is awesome, but the rooms aren't great, and the place feels like it was once amazing. I can see the operating costs being an issue. Still, a coat of paint inside and out, getting the water features working again, and keeping everything clean could unlock its limitless potential.
