The location, room, TV, and WiFi were great, but the beds were disgusting. We had two rooms, and both beds seemed to have mites or bed bugs. My friend and I started itching as soon as we got under the sheets, and we saw a tiny red bug. My dad in the other room couldn’t sleep all night because of the itching, so we slept on top of the sheets. I’m still itchy hours later. Awful experience.

For the price, it’s a good choice if all you need is a room. The rooms are spacious enough, and the bathrooms look recently remodeled. The pool is an eye-catching jacuzzi size. The ice machine was empty and seemed to be malfunctioning: it showed full when empty until I shook it, then it started making ice.

I called trying to find a room and asked for help, but the woman at the front taking calls just hung up on me. If you hate your job, don’t work there.

We’re checking out after four days. The room was very nice and recently updated, and the cleaning staff were super nice. The kids said the pool was freezing, and after they got in I didn’t want to try it either, lol. The front desk staff were honestly the rudest I’ve ever encountered in all our travels. A mailman came into the lobby the other day and asked if business was getting any better. Now I see why. I don’t usually review my stays, but the way the front desk talked to me made me furious. Unbelievable.
