Mount Shasta Resort

I took my football team for an overnight, and they were very grateful for the chance to stay at the resort. The chalets were great, with comfortable beds and a comfortable living room setup. The fireplace was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they served us an excellent pasta bar and a great breakfast the next morning. I’ll definitely return for a vacation of my own.

We had a fantastic time. The place is gorgeous, and the chalets feel magical while still being clean and comfortable. The staff were among the sweetest people around, quick to respond and happy to accommodate requests. We ate at the Club House several times. One day it was snowing, which made lunch feel especially magical, and the expansive golf course views were great too. An unforgettable resort stay. We’ll be back!

Our one bedroom chalet was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It had a cozy fireplace, and the personal service felt warm and welcoming. We arrived after check-in hours, but the manager let us in and had already turned on the heater. My family stayed for a long ski weekend and really enjoyed it. The location was great, with a view of lake Siskiyou and direct access to the walking path around the lake. Town was only a few minutes away, so it was convenient. Good value for the price, and we look forward to returning.

A female employee sexually harassed my teenage son, and we left early. He first mentioned a “weird” woman without saying much, then on our second day told me an employee named “Laci” had made him feel extremely uncomfortable. She made disgusting comments to him. He was uncomfortable even telling me what she’d said, and she knew he was a child. My husband and I confronted her. She laughed it off and said there was nobody “higher up” than her to talk to. She didn’t think there was anything wrong with making sexual comments to my child. I’m appalled that an adult would say such things to a child and not see a problem. I will NEVER return and urge people to take this review seriously. I don’t recommend the place, especially for families with children.
