The cabin sits among the trees and mountains, with places to eat within walking distance. We stopped at Burney Falls on the way to the Lodge and spent three quiet, relaxing nights there. It felt rustic but was beautifully designed, with a comfy bed, a warm electric stove for when we came back in, and a kitchen stocked for simple meals. We had a wonderful stay.

There was loads of room for all 11 of us, kids and teenagers included, and the cabin had everything a family could need plus more. We had so much fun together. Some of our friends are already talking about coming back in winter.

The event space is a real highlight, and there's plenty of room for a large group. My family and I have stayed here twice now, and both times the rooms were very clean, with thoughtful decorating and attention to detail. Job well done. Anyone who books here will be glad they did.

The nature-filled common area out back and the A-frame deck made for lovely spots to stretch and meditate. Cabin #8 also has a stunning view of Mt. Shasta, which I loved waking up to in the morning. I've had two wonderful stays at this lodge. It's close to McCloud Falls, and the management is wonderful.

We found check-in really easy, and our room was clean and cute. The view of Mt Shasta is so beautiful. We absolutely loved staying at the Shasta View Lodge, and we'd bring our family next time and stay again.
