Days Inn McComb MS

The property is beautiful, with pine trees around it, and feels private. It's just off the freeway, next to a nice, slightly upscale residential neighborhood where I took my dog for a relaxing early evening walk. Check-in was easy, the hotel was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I was pleased with my stay and would recommend it.

It was quiet, everything worked, and I slept well in a clean room. Christine at the front desk was friendly and nice. We enjoyed the stay and will come back.

Every staff member was wonderful and helped with whatever we needed. The uncarpeted floor felt sandy, though that didn't make much difference to our stay. They did clean the room during our two nights there, which was great.

One front desk employee was repeatedly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. That interaction put a damper on what was otherwise a wonderful stay, though the rest of the staff I met were friendly, professional, and helpful. The location worked perfectly, and the room was clean, modern, and well maintained. I especially liked the pool and on-site restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and responded quickly to requests. I'd still recommend the hotel because the accommodations and service from most of the staff were very good. I hope management addresses the front desk issue so guests can have a consistently positive experience from arrival to departure.
