Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay: everyone sat together, sharing hearty home cooking and good conversation. Our room, Aunt Emma’s Room, was comfortable and had thoughtful details about the woman it was named for. The house is full of family antiques, and there’s a small museum of artifacts downstairs. Cave Hill Farms Bed and Breakfast is in a lovely spot in the Shenandoah Valley, close to several wineries. The owners also run a brewery just down the road, so we had an easy, fun dinner there soon after arriving. Lisa was a kind host who made sure we had what we needed and pointed out local places to visit. We left feeling refreshed and would like to return.

My husband surprised me with a birthday night away, and I’m so glad he picked Cave Hill. The house is beautiful, the innkeeper was friendly, and breakfast was delicious. It’s the best bed and breakfast I’ve stayed at. I’ll be back!

We ended our long road trip at Cave Hill Farms B&B and had a great stay. Jordan welcomed us even though we arrived earlier than planned, showed us around, and shared the history of the house and the family who owned it. Our bridal room was beautifully decorated and very clean, especially after nine nights in hotel rooms. We liked the books with room histories, host information, and local restaurant suggestions, which helped us choose where to eat. After dinner we played one of the games and chatted with Jordan. She even put our cooler ice packs in the freezer so our leftovers would stay fresh for the drive home. Breakfast at 9 the next morning was delicious, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. The timing suited us since we like relaxed mornings and don’t wake up very hungry. This was a highlight of the trip, and we’d stay at Cave Hill Farm again if we’re back in the area. We’ll recommend it to visitors, too. Thanks to Jordan and Kyle for being so hospitable!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding and stayed for the weekend. Jordan was so kind and accommodating, and the sweet couple made us feel welcome. Each room was clean and had its own character and story. We also really enjoyed breakfast each morning. The surrounding area is lovely and well worth a visit.

The hosts, Jordan and Kyle, went out of their way to make my two-night visit comfortable. My room was quiet and clean, the temperature was just right for me, and they checked in to make sure it stayed that way. I don’t eat the usual eggs-and-bacon breakfast, so Jordan arranged yogurt and fruit instead. I’ve traveled all over as a retired Naval Officer, and Cave Hill Farm bed-and-breakfast is a top-tier choice for a relaxing getaway. Everything about it felt charming, and I’m looking forward to coming back in April.
