From the decks, you get a magnificent look at lake life across Deep Creek Lake toward the "other bridge." The community sits by Glendale Road Bridge, and the view is hard to pull yourself away from. It suits people who have time to sit and enjoy it.

Great spot for a fishing trip. I found a room through airbnb for a pretty cheap price, right by the lake and connected to a cool restaurant. I took off a star because they wouldn't let me park my truck with the boat trailered in the lot, even though there were dozens of open spaces during the off season.

We rented a townhouse for vacation, and the lake was right there. Just run across the grass and jump in. Can't beat that.
