We’ve been at The Ovation at Park Crest for just two weeks and already love it. Nick handled our tour and lease, and he’s stayed on top of things, making the move easy. Annette and Sophia on the concierge team are always helpful with packages. Maintenance usually responds within a day of a ticket. The amenities are great too: a huge pool, lots of outdoor seating, and free games in the game room. It really feels like a community.

I’ve been at Ovation at Park Crest for a year and just renewed my lease. I really enjoy the building and the staff. Annette and Kevin at the concierge and Chris in leasing deserve a shout-out. I have two dogs, and there are plenty of activities for them nearby. The amenities are fantastic and recently renovated.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Nick and Miranda, along with the rest of the staff, are friendly and professional. Maintenance is quick and gets things right. The lounge, gym, and patio are kept up well, and the neighborhood is peaceful. It’s a perfect place to live.

The amenities and welcoming feel make Ovation at Park Crest a lovely place to live. It’s also in a really convenient spot, and the community looks beautiful and is kept up well. Management has been professional, quick to respond, and clearly cares about residents. I’ve had a great experience here and would recommend it.

For years I kept returning to this building, and I’m now in my fourth unit. The rent made sense for the area, the amenities were good, and the staff used to be friendly and responsive. It really did feel like home for a long time. Recent policy changes have made things frustrating enough that I can’t recommend it anymore. The parking rules are a big problem. Guest passes have dropped from ten to just two one-day passes a month, and visitors now need a pass at all times. Before, they could park without one until 11 PM. The front desk confirmed that option is gone, so even having friends or family over now takes a lot of planning. They’re also ending free EV charging, which mattered a lot to me and was one of the reasons I chose the building. And residents can only have one key. I live alone, so an extra key would help if someone needed to check on my apartment or look after my pet while I’m away. I offered to pay a fee or leave a deposit, but management wouldn’t allow it. Any one of these rules might sound minor, but together they feel like more rigidity and cost-cutting at the expense of residents’ quality of life. It’s disappointing to see a place I used to recommend become so inflexible. I hope management reconsiders, but for now I’d look elsewhere.
