3rd Street Flats

My friends stayed here and thought both rooms were great, definitely worth the price. There’s a huge living room with a fun retro feel, good for entertaining, plus a bar where you bring your own alcohol and mixers. The kitchenette is on the small side, but since you’re right on 3rd Street, you probably won’t use it much. It still does the job.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the beds are so comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore 3rd Street Flats. The lobby has a real step-back-in-time feel, and the service was amazing. I’m making this an annual occasion. Thanks to the team, you did a great job!

We only stayed one night, so the fairly small bathroom wasn’t much of an issue. The kitchen also gave us extra counter space. The studio itself was cute, nicely decorated, and very spacious, with a comfortable king bed. Great stay at the 3rd Street Flats, and the location was perfect.

Downtown was the perfect base for wandering 3rd Street and eating and drinking to our hearts’ content. We stayed in the 4th flat and would return in a heartbeat. It felt sexy, sumptuous, and cozy, with warm historic brick, 11ft ceilings, and windows all around looking onto the street. The bed was insanely comfortable. We loved the local Flag & Wire coffee, wine, and chocolates waiting for us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was fully equipped if we’d wanted to.
