I stayed one night for work. The room was decent, with cool decor, though basic, and the walls definitely need cleaning. My main concern was the adjoining door, which wouldn't latch at the top. I had to climb onto a chair and do some serious maneuvering to get it closed. The outer entrance door was actually open when I got there. I couldn't leave it that way for a stranger to walk in and reach the internal door, so I knocked lightly and pushed it open just enough to check. The room looked empty and the bed was made, though a light was on near the bathroom. I pulled the door shut for my own peace of mind. Hopefully housekeeping had just forgotten to close it. I can see the vision for the place, but there are still some issues.

We had about 30 people here for my daughter's wedding, and everyone raved about this cute hotel. The staff were incredible, and the rooms were clean and expertly updated. Breakfast was complimentary and very good, and the coffee was actually tasty. The location is handy for shopping and cute eateries, and the bar was fun with nicely made drinks. We talked with General Manager Kevel while he was in the middle of putting in an elevator. He even gave us polo shirts with the hotel logo. This property is amazing, and I would highly recommend it!

The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Street noise can get a little loud, but it doesn't go on all night the way it might in a big city. Breakfast could be better, though the coffee is good. It's a nice hotel in a central spot near downtown shops and restaurants.

Andy at the Well Bar made the visit especially fun. He was so personable and knew his stuff. The Well Bar is a nice place to relax, and the café is just as cute and welcoming. The Inn at Tree City in McMinnville, Tennessee, is adorable, charming, and beautifully updated. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole property felt inviting as soon as we walked in. The staff were fantastic across the board. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting McMinnville!

We were here for our daughter's wedding, and this place is a gem. My fridge wasn't working, so the Jello shots I made for the wedding wouldn't set. One of the staff came to my room with a hand cart, helped load them all up, and put them in the walk-in fridge. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
